ICE engines are horribly inefficient, 12-30% depending upon usage. A diesel generator will run around 40%.

I was referring to laws in Australia, particularly New South Wales. The rules around breath tests and searching are similar to the US where you can refuse. However by not acquiescing you’re going to find yourself being dragged through the ringer by some pissed off cop who will be trying his hardest to pin something on…
Police in my neck of the woods have to provide a reason. They quote the ‘reason’ which is either “I believe you were speeding/driving erratically” or “This is a random breath test” which is never random.
“This site” didn’t say it would never see the light of day, it merely stated that the deadlines were never going to meet the quoted production date of 2021, which it clearly hasn’t and we still don’t know when production models will actually exist.
More than you, chump:
‘They’ are the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, who put out a press release just two weeks ago saying there would be less significantly less rainfall due to El Nino. This was backed up by the Queensland Department of Evironment and Science who specifically mentioned Far North Queensland.
A generator charging an EV still uses less fuel than an ICE due to the constant RPM.
Wow, so Snyder really is making his own Star Wars but with hookers and blackjack.
Much better in Ex Machina
The fact that he went from this to B99 relatively quickly made his comedy so much funnier.
Huh, looks like Sonoya Mizuno still gets a part, but not the leading role this time.
There are many, many people who better fit that description.
Unique engine noises in a spec racing is great, gives each vehicle and driver a bit of character.
‘Base camp’ isn’t that far away. Porsche trucked theirs up as high as they could go then drove the rest. Not like they’re doing hundreds of miles.
An Electric 4wd would be the best option - no power loss in the thin air.
The best part is they did it just after Jeep set their record with some Wranglers. They kept the ‘Jeep Parking only’ sign as a souvenir!
Agree with you on RDR2, that game was so dull.
Porsche’s attempt sounds all high and mighty (pun intended) until you realise the previous record holder was not a multi million dollar factory effort, but two locals in a lifted Suzuki. The ‘experimental’ 911 with portals beat their record by a measly 46 meters.
Yes and no. The problem with high altitude drives is the lack of air for the engine, something like a malaise era K car would be far too asthmatic to provide any HP at the summit. The 911 is turbocharged which helps massively.
I am Legend is what happens when an 8-figure-a-film star demands script rewrites to make himself the same troubled but ultimately heroic character over and over again.
