They don’t want your opinion, they don’t want your approval, they don’t want you to speak, they don’t want your empathy, they also, apparently, don’t want you to attend their festival.

When are celebrities going to learn there is all risk and no gain trying to talk about anything substantive in an interview. No matter how well intentioned they think they’re being, it isn’t worth it once the edited version comes out and people dissect it to death.

I don’t see a problem here at all. The email very clearly said we support your right to protest and speak out, gave some advice that if you do speak out keep in mind this will get national attention. I think they meant there is, if you come off sounding unintelligent or raging, the public can get a negative opinion…
