The downside to Get Album Artwork is that iTunes will store album art as separate files. If you use the MP3s outside your iTunes installation, they have no artwork.

For professionals, there may be a tax advantage to paying a monthly fee instead of buying. I know that's true for hardware.

Holding down the home button works well enough for me on my AT&T HTC Inspire.
