I may be talking partially out of my behind, but I believe some of the newer types of taillights cause flashing when recorded by a camera. Something about shutters or FPS. But again...I'm not very confident in that response. Probably should have kept my mouth shut because this was not very helpful haha.

I have tried both of those as well. Typically they say successful, yet to no avail on a reboot. Surprisingly a re-image is what succeeds in fixing it. So it sounds like the boot partition completely just fails. I think we have access to Acronis so I may give that a shot next time! Almost all data is network saved so…
