You think Ozzie Albies is boring? I think we found the real idiot.

So the need to mitigate a PR hit definitely signifies a distraction, correct? Quit trying to equate getting signed to not being a distraction.

Ok, but you’re turning this into a different conversation. You said gay is a distraction and molester isn’t. When the actual facts say the complete opposite.

We’ll see, just because deadspin says it doesn’t make it true. And if he is signed I guarantee he won’t be in the ‘not a distraction’ category.

Deadspin commenter:

Is this available on every game? My dream is to watch baseball with mic’d players as the audio. But park audio would definitely do for now.

That horse has been dead for so fucking long. The whole staff is creepily obsessed about baseball players “having fun”.

It’s definitely not just him though, this is a dead horse they all beat. They are obsessed with beating this horse to death.

“...assaulted them with a projectile”. Such fire hot buzzwords. U R WŒK

That’s not how prospects work.

Apparently I don’t even know how to say gif.

Huh? They don’t give a fuck who’s using PED’s, they only pretend to care if they get caught. This is common knowledge right?

They did know. The Patriots knew. He wasn’t found guilty. He’s a good coach that they think can help them win football games. Why should a non-conviction from over 20 years ago keep him from getting a job. You’re a smart woman, these are all things you know.

What 3 guys were closer? I count 2, the pitcher, who is never expected to catch a high pop-up in the infield. And that is a deceivably tough play for the catcher to make. Not sure who your 3rd player is but that should’ve been an easy play for Hosmer, he just overran it.

These aren’t little leaguers. 1st baseman’s ball.

Hosmer’s ball 100%. A pitcher is never expected to catch a pop-up on the infield, he was just being a good teammate and trying to deflect the blame off Hosmer. You don’t want your catcher making that play either because the ball would be trailing away from him (that’s why he would turn around, so the ball would be

Looks like we got a fisherman in the house.

Probably so, but I bet it has nothing on Billy Haisley’s “Messy Messi” room.

The NFL’s catch rule is one of the most confusing and absurd things in all of sports, but it looks to me like this is a clear non-catch. The ball clearly comes out of his hands and is on the ground then he re-grasps it. No catch, good call.
