Replacement of the cup holder in my 996. Currently wedged closed with a dime and never really worked for anything other than a Starbucks espresso cup, but I’ve been putting it off for three years now.

Self serving nice price from me. I have this car in black with 80k and want it to be this much. It does seem that the 996 has been going up in price over the last two years, they are great to drive (and I don’t have my IMS done either)...
This is exactly how I learned and I recommend it too. The MSF course gets all of the key pieces down and it became so second nature to me that the first time I drove a car with a stick (driving drunk friend home) I downshifted and he just immediately tried to call me out for saying I had never driven a stick before.
Probably nothing? I DD my 996 for 7 years before I made an update to it. Maybe the right way for me to answer this is to include the only thing I have changed away from stock, adding Android Auto/Apple Carplay. Happy I did it, but I don’t think there is anything I can’t live without.
I had one of those without the driver info center option... buttons everywhere! I especially liked the pods with the wiper and light controls.
Forgot the Simpsons reference:
I must be getting old that this was the first thing that crossed my mind.
No, I have a 2017 Q7 with the touchpad and I never use that interface if I can help it. Generally sucks for data entry and the scroll wheel handles all of the really necessary stuff. Luckily nearly all of the important stuff can be handle with physical buttons or dials.
This is just a few thousand over the limit in some places... would be my choice.
Have to disagree, I’ve got a 15 year old daughter who feels this thing like crazy and it is an anthem to her. I do agree that it is not a good driving song, but it is a very good song to people in a specific period of their life.
This is what comes to mind directly for me...
This is very hard but ND... I loved my 245 DL back in the day and would love to have one again but that interior shot is clearly hiding something and think it may be more than the dirty ashtray.
Same with me except the first motorcycle was a Kawasaki 308 and my first manual car was a VW Fox (wish it was a fox-body Mustang).
Typo on the translation of they mayan calendar. Should have inverted the last two digits in the year.
Carlin has an answer (as usual)
If you drive for one of these guys get a business license and file schedule C with the IRS. Looks like you probably lost money from a taxable income perspective and therefore have zero tax liability and about $20,000 in cash to you.
As a former cab driver, there is no way that we were actually trained to drive, only to handle regulations about pickups and drop-off etc. More time was spent on personal safety training than anything else.
This was what I though of...
Snacks for dinner is one of our go-to ideas for family movie night with the teenagers. Tons of variety and finger-friendly eating in front of the TV.
