Have you seen the cost of ANYTHING lately?  Except maybe a stripped out Versa.

Only if we get a free baguette with every Sentra!

Granted, a lot of those are niche cars, or for people much richer than I.  Tesla is trying to be the ‘People’s Sedan’.

That part sounds like; “These are our best people who engineered stuff for us for decades. ... Adios, guys.”.

I totally forgot it was on.  But Zootopia was more entertaining, to be honest.

That is a well-thought-out and intelligent lineup.  So it’s easy to see why you’re not in charge.

Neutral:  Why is it only going to work at 42 mph and under?  I drive through an area that has an accident, usually a rear-ender, almost every single day.  And the culprits are almost always going 65+ in a 55 zone.  At lower speeds, it may save fenders, but not as many lives.

But they’re still in Denali about it.

It was good he was convicted. I’m not sure the sentence was short enough, but in CA, a ‘life’ sentence for murder can be only 7 years. Simply being a cop is not an excuse for shooting anyone.

Yay.  Another concept.  We’ve seen some good ones lately.  But by the time this gets built, it would look strangely like a 2004 Civic.  It would be nice to see the last Honda Retro EV actually come to life here.

You are most likely right. It was many years ago, and I cannot find any references as to what it was.  But I know it was SOMETHING, and now I want to know now what I knew then.

I’ve read some about problems owners had with them, also.  Apparently, they used the brake assemblies from the smaller (and much lighter) Falcon on them.  Resulting, unsurprisingly, in longer, harder stopping.

Fix those taillights first.  The left blinker has a right arrow?  Won’t that confuse people?

Not to mention my neighbours would probably call the authorities if I ran around the neighbourhood naked waving a bloody goat pelt.  Ahhhh, the good old days.

But which pagan God do you sacrifice it to?  We need the details!

No dash cam pics, but driving up 52 here one morning, a Honda Civic next to me lost a front wheel. Not just, like, the wheel, but wheel, hub, brake assembly, and some rod thing just came off it’s front at 60 mph. I was glad nobody was behind me as I hit the brakes and swerved out of it’s way. Driver was unhurt. Also

Look up definition of “rugged”.  It should go beyond laying it on a coffee table.  Ever carry a laptop on a NYC subway at rush hour?

Hopefully, he left offspring to carry on the legacy.  Else, in the future, when I need a manual for that old 2025 Ford, I’m hosed.

I was in Værnes during February.  It was darned cold.

This is a very good article on real-life applications of an EV in winter.  I wonder, though;  they say EVs are catching on in Norway.  While I was there, way farther north than I wanted, it was a fairly steady -80.  How do they deal with that?
