The Volkswagen Beetle was the absolute pinnacle of vehicular design. Looks, economy, ease of maintenance... it was the perfect vehicle, and everything since is just the addition of more expense, waste, and uselessness.

To me, it’s simply the hypocrisy of people making 5 mil a year trying to tell people how bad America is... Well of course it is! Some idiot is paying you 5 mil a year!

And therein is another issue. He only did that AFTER the flak. Public opinion threatened to cut into his endorsements, so he suffered through some positive things. That merely demeans the people who have done that for a good portion of their lives, simply because they believe in it. Not because they got called out on

Truth. But in this day and age, all it takes to set off a media storm is for a Kardashian to change their brand of nail polish.

I’m not really disagreeing with you. They have the right to do as they please. Their boss has the right to fire them. I have the right not to watch them. But when it’s said and done, they’re paid entertainment, and I don’t give a darn what their opinion is on anything. Some are paid to play football, or baseball. Fine.

Actually, number 6 is okay with me.

Mine is the opposite of yours, sort of.

You are not ‘saluting the orange one’. You are paying homage to the many thousands who died, and many more thousands wounded, so you could make millions showing off in front of the masses. America is the only reason they have multi-million contracts, so they don’t have to be such snotty brats about it. This is

As a Marine, I served so people would have the right to do as they please. I guess that’s the way a Free Country is supposed to work. Nobody should hold a gun to them to make them stand.

That would be Talliports for the last.

The only part I knew was that 3 holes meant a 6-cylinder, and 4 meant an 8. But the lights thing is a cool part of history I wish would come back.

Yes! This is like the train stations in Atlanta. They’re in the most useless, out of the way places, like only malls. Oh, and a GM plant that’s been shut down. And the few good stations are unbearably rank and crowded.

I’m a touch confused. If the Salt Flats are so bad for traction, then, why does everybody take everything there for land speed records?

My burning question is; just how long do tires last on this?

I would have thought the simplest thing to do would be to re-run the raffle, this time under adult supervision. Now, everybody who bought tickets is STILL out the money. This was not a raffle, it was a scam. I doubt all the money from the sale went there, either.

It’s been done, and there’s a World of aftermarket stuff. Apparently, it’s only illegal if you get caught. I saw some pretty incredible stuff over there, and that was years ago. Many years ago.

Probably the U.S. won’t get them because they would have to submit samples for crash tests. That’s the reason we don’t get some of those sweet kei cars anyway.

No words... should have sent a poet.

It’s a Monte Blanc. And she got ripped off. I can get it for only $36,800.

Thanks for specifying that. In my day, water pumps didn’t have wires. Just bolt it on and hook up the belt. I was trying to figure out how in heck a water pump could start a fire. Then I thought; “Well, it’s FCA, so anything’s possible.”.
