IF they'd given him the Chrysler because they were out of Mercedes loaners, it would be a different issue. They had Mercedes loaners but wouldn't give him one because of the service animal. Hence, he had a cause of action.

That is NOT a jeep.

Because anyone else without the service animal would have gotten a Mercedes. They failed to offer fair treatment and the discrimination was because of the service animal/disability. How is this not sinking in?
