I would be shocked if the new measures pass the vote after this incident and the attention the Ruby Rose story got this week.

The argument for live-fire prop guns is that recoil physics, and actor reactions are much more realistic than CGI'ing everything.

I read the entire series, so I felt like I’d have no problem getting into the show...

Because most people who attempt imbalanced, workplace affairs get their rocks off on control and power (often unconsciously).

Sure, I guess the only effect of 9/11 was airport security theater... I mean, as long as you’re ignoring:

This is the most Glen Greenwald writing I've read in years.

Because it’ll be a heartbreaking source of nuanced conflict for the rest of the fam, and would give evil Mark’s redemption a great, tragic arc that could carry through the rest of the series... especially if he kills mom.

Guarantee Marko returns as the villain at some point.

In some ways you’re right; it is a problem found all over the internet, and yes, hopefully parents aren’t letting young kids have unfettered access to social media, video platforms, etc...

Honestly, the biggest reason I’d upgrade my OG Switch at this point is for the improved battery life.

I’m in the film / tv biz.

What is the point of shrinking down a device that I don’t have to carry to the point that it loses features?

I live in a city where the municipality has been installing rubber speed bumps at corners to slow down turning traffic where there are a lot of pedestrians, and someone has been tearing them out within a week or so of installation, and tossing them on the sidewalk.

That’s a good point. I watched all of AoS, so the story integration felt very natural to me. But I could see how the movie-only crowd might have found the Hydra wrap-up disjointed or confusing.

Lol... yes? I rewatched not too long ago, and (aside from the length) I didn’t find it nearly as cumbersome as my first viewing... especially knowing now what followed.

Very slight disagreement on Ultron as an unforced error. It had to:

Sounds like someone who buys art known to be procured via war crimes as a means to “preserve the work” despite the atrocity.

I don’t disagree that’s the ideal... but the vast history of business and corporations has exactly been the grinding up of workers as cogs for the enrichment of the ownership class. Corporations are never about societal progress (aside from their original biz proposals, which get thrown out about 10 minutes after real

Part of it was definitely the studio reigning in the run time (as it always does), but the other part is the filmmakers understanding that the audience doesn’t need to be hit over the head with exposition for every emotional beat.

I wish I could give more stars.
