Wrong. I can take your photo intentionally in public without your permission. I can display the photo publicly. If I use the photo in a commercial purpose, I would need your consent (not to take it. To use it commercially).

Wrong. You do not have an expectation of privacy in public, and if you are photographed there, the photographer absolutely does NOT need to obtain your permission.
Well, Jesus actually said the video was of the rescue. Pretty sure the boat still sank, like the headline states.
I'm not weighing in on any side here, just noting that the Baltimore Police Dept. has had a terrible record recently with handling allegations and investigations of rape.

"They wanted to see 'that you're active in your life, that you do stuff outside of work, that you're well-rounded.'"
I understand you're trying to be witty, but you just sound like an idiot.
@SKiTz: I re-read and that makes sense from your first comment too. Reading comprehension failure on my part.
@SKiTz: Agree with above. If you're unsatisfied due to fragmentation and don't want to root your phone, iPhone is probably your best bet.
@fallenturtle: Well, with Android, you can just root the phone and update whenever you want as well. Not quite as easy as an OS upgrade on a PC, but it's still perfectly possible.
@pixelpushing: You can just update it yourself. And if someone doesn't want to do that, then maybe Android isn't for them.
@Johann Schmidt: Just your basic overhead highway sign. In MD they either estimate time to major interchanges, or say "Report Suspicious Activity: Call 1-800-492-TIPS."
These signs are overhead every few miles, and people SLAM on the brakes to read them. There are backups and near accidents by every one of these signs.
@elementary: Kodak doesn't process it anymore. Dwayne's does.
@Arfdog: a) tires might bite into something resembling traction.
DON'T HOLD THE BRAKES! Jesus. Every car is just braking and praying they don't slide. How about getting some power into those tires and directing your skid?
@daveinmn: Walking or taking public transportation isn't a solution for improved biking in the snow. It's an alternative.
@RyogaVee: The phones automatically check for updates that are installed OTA.
@Botswana Meat Commission FC: If you remove the car windows, often times it will not allow the train to move forward. Dummies do this all the time when commuter rail sets stall in DC/Baltimore and just further the hurt.
