Apple releases iPhone. Samsung phones start looking like iPhones after that time.

So you're saying that Ford could release a car shaped exactly like a Beetle and VW would have no recourse? I really think you should brush up on patent law, my friend.
Have you actually used AirParrot? It's crap.
OMG, those two side-by-side circles are supposed to represent Steve's glasses!
You're mistaken. Android as we know it was announced in Nov, 2007. The iPhone was unveiled on Jan 15th 2007 and released June 29th 2007.
Looks like possibly just an issue with Safari:
I'm going to buy this and load it with books by Richard Dawkins, Sam Harris and Christopher Hitchens.
Jesus, I have to say that I agree... Dictation has no shot at changing anything until it can figure out on its own where punctuation goes, based on the cadence of the speaker. I find that it already does a more than fair job interpreting my words, but until the day comes that I don't need to say "comma" or "period,"…
Christ. Is anyone else as tired as I am of Gizmodo harping on skeumorphism every chance they get? We get it: you don't like it. I'm not such a fan of it either. But it has ZERO relevance to this article.
Christ. Why are we even talking about this? This rumor has been around since the iPad launched and, like the iPhone Nano rumor that's been around for five years now, it's never come true. Nor will it ever.
So, commenting is now closed on all posts prior to this one?
I think it's a generally more engaging way to tell a story. Even when a sitcom like How I Met Your Mother uses it, it really hooks you in. It just sucks when it's used because the reveal is too weak to survive in a naturally progressing story.
So, THAT'S how Stephanie Meyer came up with Bella!
Pixar doesn't adapt. They're all original stories (or sequels to their previous films that were original ideas).
Man, the comments here sure are blowing things out of proportion. All companies file patents on all things. This patent wasn't filed for last week, it was filed for before we ever saw Steve Jobs pull the thing out of a Manilla envelope. Furthermore, having the patent is not a declaration of intent to go after anyone…
I guess that I have to be the one to point out that these planes do not look the same at all. The canopy of the cockpit has some similarities but take a look at the shape of the body. The Chinese wings sort of slope into the body, while the F-22 has a far more pronounced lift to the cockpit area.
If it were "Microsoft" then I would agree. But, as it's written as "MS," I read it "Em-Ess." Thus: "An Em-Ess version" sounds right to me.
Having been a projectionist for a little over a decade, I can say that this is really not the case. When I started as a projectionist, it was about 50/50 between Flat and Scope (Flat = 16x9 or 1.85:1 — Scope = 21x9 or 2.39:1). More and more, however, that ratio is tipping in the favor of the Scope format. It's…
You realize that Green Arrow predates Hawkeye by about 30 years, right?
