Did you get the Z3 before the prices took off?

I think you are confused with the Capri

I feel like the S2k is kinda overrated. Ive gapped one on the street in a Camry, but driver mod may apply. Either way, they seem to be slower than the FRS at autox, generally.

I disagree with the less athletic thing. Sure, they had more weight, inescapable, but they also had more grip and were tuned for more agressive response.

Tell me more about the boxster, esp why youd part with it.

I had a very close friend that had one. He is a good bit younger, so it was sorta an apprenticeship relationship. I got to play with it on backroads (I had a first gen at the time!) and auto-x it.

You see fewer simply by virtue of number built.
They are less popular than miatas, partially because they arent miatas.

The one I knew (close friends, not mine) died because of lift off oversteer.

it wasnt really cheaper than the turbo it replaced. It shouldve been just as good. They had the 2zz and 6spd. that woulda got close at least.

These felt like a real step back from the previous generations. Couldnt even give us the 2zz/6spd? Also I dont like the styling, and like Ttops

This article is a time capsule. I cant see the pole but the commetariat were against it strongly. 2 saw the appreciation coming. Hindsight

In 2018, I think they are really cool, in the same way as the E30. Didnt appreciate like the BMW though

Now this M3 is worth several times as much, and that 540i 5k at best. Its probably a better transportation device though

Haha. I come from the future, to tell you this was a steal.

That bodykit detracts from the value, to me.

Its a shame these (and the 240sx) are mostly gone. There wont be another light (2800lbs), rwd good handling, punchy, stylish, practical cheap car on the market till the FRS depreciate some more.

How much does a used racing lawnmower go for anyways?

Agree about the scooters, but not the ninja 250. Why not a 650 dual sport? Or if you want something sporty. a buell?

Fork seals? Brakes? Drive belt? Tires? Etc etc. And all that plastic is probably brittle. I woldnt trust the carb till proven otherwise either.

Id rather have a dual sport in the city too. Still really thrifty, manevurable, and punchy. Plus wheelies! and curb hopping. And then you have the added dimension of offroading.

I get that this is simpler and not a ford, but I have a 2004 Mustang that sat for 6years and its a wack a mole game of sitting related problems

In 2008 I was in BRC in the Marines. I could bench over 300lbs and had just had a professional fight a few weeks prior. Very straight. I had a buddy from my team Id ride with, I had a CBR1100XX he had a CBR600RR. We went to a dealership in oceanside that was having a scooter demo day. We chased eachother through a
