Nah, haven’t you seen the internet? People always have plans to “drop” in a manual, “toss” in a turbo, etc. These things just naturally fall into place without effort.

The 3.slow was Toyotas worst showing. I know wiki says 150, but I think 130, 135 is more like it. They also got pretty poor fuel economy. Finally, they have a worrisome propensity to pop head gaskets, and unlike the 7M its not easily solved. Ive seen a few of these transmissions fail kinda early too.

A few years ago my dad bought a Tahoe that was the same sort of deal. It wasn’t as old, it was like an 03, but it had 200000k miles and looked basically new. It ended up having mechanical issues like youd expect of a car at that mileage though. Sadly, an apocalyptic hail event two years ago ruined it.

Graverobber fucked this one up by misleading the heard into thinking blue title indicates salvage. It doesn’t. I cant believe 50 other Texans haven’t chimed in with this.

Blue title is nominal in tx

A blue title doesnt indicate salvage.

That is wrong

im familiar. Its not that it isnt neat, its that its obsolete.

SC400 is also like this.

Engine character, pleb.

Its amazing how far ahead of the curve these things were when they came out. 15years later and they are still near the top of the heap, powerwise. Im half planning to get an early SL600 soonish. I like the first gen styling better.

I cant see any of the cobra R going anywhere in light of the boss ls and gt350r.

Its neat, but for that price id rather have a beat and an az1 and a fortwo

They had a variety of 6s of about 200hp. And one with 315
