I wish I could post pictures here. About 2 years ago, I bought a 92 400, (in this green lol) for 1200. It had 240kmiles and fell into the “trashed” category. The clear coat was peeling badly on the hood, so I pastidipped the hood black. I put the dark grey wheels from a 2012 Camry SE wrapped in sporty tires It matched

like 40

I thought the same. 60k miles isnt that low.Just wait for the 40mile example

You could probably get like 50!

I thought the same. Just wait for the 1200 miles from new one

I do alot ofdrugs, myself.

mcknight is elated at Hammonds recovery, Hammond being able to drive drive once more, after a gristly injury in which his kneecap dropped by 7mm toward the bottom of his “knee bones”, only 9 short weeks ago, which is less than 3 months.

Who Hammond is, why Andrew would care, or why that

how do you feel about dedicated track cars?

Ya but the 3000Gt had terrible build quality, where the Supra is mega robust. Also the supra is 500lbs lighter. The 3000GT had some neat tech, but it all breaks.

An interesting indicator is the Lexus SC.

The mecahnically similar Lexus SC is worth like 3 grand, with a nice, turbo, rare manual, built one being like 10.

With the turbo proliferation, that flat 5.2 may end up being really special historically. Future Shelbys may also move away from the handling emphasis and back toward the GT500. I see the gt350 as a strong candidate for “never really depreciated”

The 95 Cobra R still commands sticker. http://bringatrailer.com/listing/1

i have a single cab, short bed, manual 4x4 hard body. Playing with it is the exact same sort of magic as the 89 Miata/CRX/MR2s I have owned, but off road.

Counter point- 3500 is light by todays standards. A similar gt type car is now a two ton proposition. A new mustang can be heavier than a crown vic!

The Land Cruiser stickered about the same.

I have a 1994 “bang for the buck” issue of motor trend. They said its on a different planet than the vette in terms of handling and build quality, and that it was well worth the money, and even better than a zr1.

The defending champion MR2 turbo lost its luster due to yen fluctuations driving its price up, and the

Thats probably the most apt comparison. Supra vs LS5 Chevelle or 69 Mach 1 (or whatever $60k gets you in muscle era stuff these days)

On Dallas CL there is right now a 2007 Z06 with 25k miles for 32 grand. I think thats the smart money. Itll stomp the viper and everything else on that list. Plus, I see appreciation in its near future. There isnt another big displacement, normally aspirated motor on the market like it (AMG 6.2?) and wont be for the

Or both and a 4x4 Toyota at these prices.

Instead of an LS7 vette?

How much were the 986,how much are they now? How much are 914 (they have finally started coming off the bottom, but still no where near MSRP in real dollars)

Aircooled 911s and NSX are like 25 years old now. They are also rarer than caymans. Its really hard to guess what the car market will be like that far down the
