This is exactly what I was thinking. I was going to post something close to this, but I knew someone would have already recommended it.

“literally, the physical manifestation of Florida as a person—Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis”. This is my favorite thing on the internet today.
All Volvo C30(s) and S40(s) with the T5 drivetrain can get the Polestar tune from a Polestar certified Volvo dealership which will not void the warranty (if you happen to still have a warranty on a C30 or S40). This brings power of the Volvo siblings up to 250 HP giving the C30 a better power to weight ratio than the…
A close friend of mine had his eye on one of these a number of years ago and when we met with a MG collector for pricing and information he told us, “you really need to buy two of them, one for parts and one to drive.” He said this because parts fail so often and can be hard to find on the secondary market. This one…
If you’re going to reach out and get a C4 corvette, the only one that (in my opinion) anyone should buy is the ZR-1. Coincidentally, Lotus helped GM develop the race inspired DOHC V8 powerplant and tune the suspension (for homologation purposes). And they look great in white with the white Lotus wheels.
If you remember before the COVID pandemic there was a slow stream of auto journalists leaving Jalopnik and some of them even mentioned as a contributor for leaving was Gizmodo’s encouragement for inexpensive click-bait slide show posts. That being said, I guess I’m as big of a sheep as everyone else because I still…
The alfa V6 is called the ‘Busso V6', FYI. Also saying that the electric motor is one of the best engines of all time is like saying the battery powered watch is one of the best watch brands of all time. There are various different types of electric motor. The one you have pictured is a brushless DC motor, which is…
I live in a large off-roading area with sand dunes, and this is certainly not ‘dune ready’. This is junk, hopefully there is $1800 worth of scrap metal.
This show, like many other “reality TV” shows is completely fabricated anyway. So who cares?
This car seems to check all the right boxes for being a high priced collector so at this price it has either had damage repair since new or has super high mileage (which I didn’t see listed which makes me think this is the case). Either way, NP.
I think Mr. Fantastic and Sue Storm have already been cast as real life married couple John Krasinski and Emily Blunt respectively (both white). But that doesn’t mean they can’t still be related. F4 takes place in the 21st century and Nathaniel Richards is from the 32nd century. That’s over a millennium of lineage.…
As long as it can be turned off, I’m down.
This is the classic Audi Ur-Quattro vs Golf Rallye question. One was newer, not as fast but a bangin’ little car that was cool and different. The other was a classic machine with race pedigree. The TT-RS is probably the last “classically” designed Audis with a 5 cylinder turbo charged engine, mated to a manual…
Why go through all this hassle when you can just put fabric softener in your washing machine and let your clothes air dry? The fabric softener will keep your clothes from being overly stiff but the air drying effect will let the clothes stay at their normal size. It takes more time, but it’s time where you aren’t…
I believe they run these cars under some kind of show and display rules but I am not sure of the details.
Not really a solution available to all. But if the armrest allocation thing is such a big deal to you, fly first class (domestically) or business class (internationally) where none of this is a problem.
I had never seen an AMC Eagle SX4 before. I had seen, ridden in, and worked on Eagle wagons and sedans but had only seen the Series 50 fastback in pictures before I bought on off the internet and had it delivered to my house.
Because the “cars” in the pictures are not of actual cars they are pictures of a 1/18th scale model.
The Lancia Monte Carlo (called Scorpion in the US) is the production version of the 037 but is significantly different. There are kits available to modify a Monte Carlo/Scorpion into a 037 clone.
Trying to vent excess brake rotor heat.
