I came here just to comment on that stereo. The audiophile in me recognized it immediately and I can forgive everything else because the owner obviously likes his tunes. I got to listen to one at a car show back in 2005 and it was glorious. 

I did not know such a thing existed until now. And now I kind of want one. 1993 would have been about the time I saw my first audiophile tube amp in a hi-fi store and I was in love.

So retro. Makes me wonder if the high beam switch is on the floor.

The problem isn’t exactly the peels, but the quantity vs. amount of water used to flush them out of your pipes.

Been doing the same with my coffee grounds (also French Press).  It’s just so much quicker and less messy than scraping grounds into trash can and then rinsing. Never had trouble either.

Potato peels are fine as long as you don’t shove them all in at once. The only time they clogged mine was one Thanksgiving when I peeled all the potatoes then washed them all into the disposal and turned it on. If I push them in a little at a time, it never clogs.

Pretty much any disposal will do absolutely fine with potato skins and peelings.  The downstream pipes won't.

Peeled carrots are the only thing that has ever jammed up the drain on mine. I guess because they’re long enough to get jammed up going through corners in the trap. 

I bought a new heavy duty disposal and it handles potato peels just fine.

I learned potato peels the hard way in college. 

So, basically a Space Force makes sense, just not when Trump suggests it.

Shows about $720 parts and labor. Front facing motor helps a lot (hello bi-turbo Audis). I’m guessing it’s been done recently with the owner’s maintenance records showing great care.

Honestly, I don’t know what the fuck the author of this piece was trying to do.  This whole thing felt like one of my pop culture obsessed friends got coked up and couldn’t keep a coherent thought.  

My first response on this type of media! I grew up with Queen and loved this movie. Some facts presented were wrong by this reviewer but I remember it all.
