*Billy West angrily punches through straw boater*

Yes.  Remember, the RX-8 engine was “Engine of the Year” and was everyone was raving about how revolutionary it was.  Look how that turned out.  (Previous RX-8 owner).  I wouldn’t touch this new Skyactiv-X engine with a ten foot pole.

Alanis King <-Ah the sound youth and inexperience ....

Your sentence transition from “see through clothes” to “I drove through a deep flood which tore off my right side skirt” had me confused for a sec. And a little turned on.

R.I.P. James. Thanks for the music.

Same.

Come take a nap-you’ll be safe!

“When police arrived on the scene, the gun-haver—who claimed to have a license to carry the weapon—was forced to the ground. This guy is not being charged with anything.”

Such a weird way to phrase it. He obviously had a carry license or he would have charged with something. I doubt he was forced to the ground, but

Now playing

In our fact-challenged world, it’s time for “True” by Spandau Ballet to come back around. Doubt anyone could improve upon the original, but I’d welcome the attempt.

Man, we have one of those in the showroom right now, and man, what a cool car. The trunk is deceptively cavernous. I’m 6'2", and I managed to lay down back there with absolutely zero issue.

Mulally green-lighted the Raptor and Coyote during an oil crisis and everyone thought he was nuts, yet, some still think he was a failure.  I’ve challenged them on that assessment, and they got nothin’

When Mulally was running the show at Ford, the company was focused on making world-class products people want and value; small, medium, and large; cars, trucks, and utilities. And they were on their way to doing that.

“you can put snows on an AWD car, just like anything else...”

Reliability is fine. People who say otherwise have no or very limited experience with modern Fiats. The 1.4L multiair used in the 124 has been around for years.

Is it any better than the Miata for very tall people? (for reference, me = 6'6").

I expected to read this and get mad.

The loudest thing I’ve ever heard in person was a B1B Lancer at full afterburner on takeoff. It was physically painful. Knowing the Bear is louder scars my brain.
