I just always have loved proper round fogs on cars. None of those streamliner LEDs, give me a good set of Hella or PIAA on or below the grill and let’s GO.

He almost assuredly hit the bottom, just not hard enough to hurt himself (at least not enough to report upon).
1995 Ford Contour V6. I loved it, but I learned about decaying wire harnesses, about fragmenting water pump impellers, about what a K&N air filter can do to your idle air control valve, about sub-optimal suspension component life, and more with that car. I also learned about the value of DIY work, the value of a…
Aw, man, too bad, I’m going to be helping run a pinewood derby then. That’s a pretty spot, though. And you can go across the Nickel bridge, turn left on Evelyn Byrd Road, and get onto Riverside Drive...follow that lovely twisty elevation-changey road until the other end, which puts you onto the Lee Bridge heading back…
I’m starting to look at third cars for our family as we’ve got a 16yo putting hours in his logbook toward his license. This would be a slam-dunk NP at a ceiling of $3.5K, although the mouse belts would be a big hesitation point. At the asking price, I just feel disappointed.
I was just thinking the same thing (also in the wilds of suburban VA...). The recoil from the pump handle when I’m filling a gas can makes me assume that I could get a good 10-foot spray going.
American Ultra is a fun flick.
Solid response. That’s assuming that there are some in the area, but that’s a technicality.
Same.
Probably my first car, a 1987 Acura Integra RS. 113hp, 99 lb-ft.
So, two points here...
This. It actually kind of hurts my pinkie to tuck it down with my thumb so I always had done what apparently has stopped also being the OK sign and now is a statement of intent. (Buuuuut, I also know that in some cultures it was a symbol that indicated you think the other guy is an asshole, so...read the room, I…
My feeling about Alonso is that he’s been overrated for quite a long time, and his fanboys won’t get over it. His ability to make the wrong choice at the wrong time about who to drive for is unparalleled.
He’s going with mid-2000s understanding of a product made in 2021.
Everyone’s overall feelings about CVTs are dominated by what they read that others said about bad CVTs. That’s the truth.
To be honest, I was all in on steering-wheel button controls, but they they started to take it too far. We’ve got a 2019 Odyssey (a base model one at that) and it’s got shift paddles, for God’s sake. I think my ‘08 Taurus is in the sweet spot for wheel design. It’s got cruise controls on one side, audio/Sync controls…
I’m not sure which is more embarrassing...this wheel, or feeling like I’d be judged by having a car with this wheel.
...goddammit.
I’m interested, but I’m also 47 and I think there’s a good chance that I’d at some point be embarrassed with all those buttons on the steering wheel when I had another adult in the car.
I was just thinking that I wouldn’t be scared of buying this and immediately driving all the way down to Boca Raton.
