My guess is it’ll sell for 3-4 years before they cancel it in the states, which has nothing to do with how good or bad the car is.

Swing and a miss for Darwin.

Let’s be honest. Today, an average new car is $45k. So, a $100k of two cars isn’t super interesting.

More interesting headline.

1 of 4 built on a Tuesday with overcast skies while a black cat passed left to right in front of the paint booth.

I tried to be patient. I tried to get down to the paragraph were you told me this car had only 1,300 miles and was originally sold at auction to $200k to benefit childhood diabetes. But that paragraph never came. Instead it’s a not-exceptionally-low mileage car without the kinks worked out.

Here’s an example of a 2019 Tesla Model 3 RWD for $24,995, AND because it’s sold through a dealership, it should qualify for the $4,000 IRA 2023 used EV tax credit, really making it $21k

This story is boggling.

I voted NP. The new paint and black-out brightwork don’t work for me, but this is a nicely-restored MGB GT for an MG enthusiast.

Maybe it’s my age, but this is a NP for me. Maybe because I have zero tolyfor bodywork anymore. But it's a clean example of a hard top that I can build on as well.

Nothing says a car is being sold by an old guy who can’t drive it anymore like 1) Florida and 2) a time stamp on the pictures. Somebody spent some money getting this car to look like this, and some small details aside they did a good job (not a fan of the bumper delete). I owned a ‘74 MGB convertible about

In this day and age, if it runs and drives for under $5k and is reasonably cool, it’s a NP.

I know it sounds cliche at this point, but it remains true- A car like this is never going to be built again. No manufacturer will ever approve a modern equivalent to the 1st gen Viper. Even Dodge with its ongoing supercharged 1,000 horsepower swan song to the muscle cars wouldn’t consider selling you an essentially tu

The BMW X6.

I was talking to 90 YO Dad yesterday and he was telling me of the time him and his older brother took their 30's Red Ford Coupe to the dragstrip. He sold that coupe in the 70's.

The mods suggest it’s been rode hard, which is what it’s made for, so good on the seller. But you can’t have your fun and suspend the laws of depreciation. ND.

No dice, that’s a lot of money for a lot of miles and a lot of question marks (and do you want a car where perfection has been messed with and not be able to get all the receipts?).

Its nice. But I don’t see $600k worth of anything here.
