Do you think the Gillum campaign fears lawsuits and that is why they are so reluctant to demand a recount?

Why won’t Andrew Gillum demand a recount and runoff? 49%-49% is not a clear win! There is only a 55K vote difference between the two main candidates with 100k votes siphoned off to 3rd party candidates.

Incredibly disappointing.
