I have to say, the first 250 hours (2 playthroughs) went by real quick. But I'm doing clean up duty on the third to get that platinum (not my normal thing, but this game deserves it).

I do think there it's a fine line between criticism and entitlement.

That's cool,I never said that people like you don't exist. I'm just saying that most people are more likely to not come across one then are. It's only 7% of the population and half of them are only in major cities like New York and San Francisco and LA. that is subjective reality.

You miss my point completely. My point isn't that I'm right because I'm the example. My point is that in a regular person who doesn't either seek out or actively avoid two groups that are EXTREMELY prevalent in my area.

That wasn't my point, my point is just that gays aren't a part of most people's everyday life unless they live in areas they flock to.

My point is just most people don't have gays in their day to day life in our society, nevermind one like Japan.

I feel like you don't understand what projecting means, because I'm not projecting anything.Which is why I use what the article says specifically.

They are 100% wrong to want a mainstream Japanese game to have a same sex option, that's an absurd thing to want for a Japanese game. A culture that it is still very hard to come out because it is seen as shameful.

It isn't poor representation to them, you don't get to define their culture or experiences.

I have no idea what a poe is, but I have a feeling I don't want to.

I did give you a straight answer, you asked if someone can dislike something. I answered that question, and have an example to illustrate my point.

People are allowed to do whatever they want, you can decide to drive your car with your feet. That doesn't make it right, or something that you should write articles about.

You are welcomed to your opinion, and if you don't wish to add anything to the conversation, you can simply ignore the statements and move on with your life.

Its not reframing though, it's taking the argument and the terminology and following it to the logical conclusion.

We have a bunch of restaurants, just not a lot of openly flamboyant gays or Japanese people.

Sure, it's also the experience of most people in suburban areas.going into the city isn't cheap and it isn't a regular thing for most people.

I just can't stand city driving, so I go, but it's rare

It's a work of fiction, it forces you to accept that before you even play the game. So I'm sorry, but no. It's not real in any fashion.

I'm playing it as we speak, I'm about 110 hours in, and I know exactly what characters you are referring to.

Thanks for adding to the conversation, your intellectual discourse is duly noted.
