Yeah, we’re seeing prices starting to drop below $2 / gal here, as well. Funny thing is, nothing else has changed; there’s just as much traffic, everyone’s still going to work, schools are still open...where is this “America” grinding to a halt? LA? NYC?

Thumbs up for the ethanol-free pump in the pic. I wish more stations would have this. It’s a smart move to get landscapers and boat owners into the store.

Lol because you’re in California, therefore you get to pay more for everything.

Don’t worry, give it a week and it’s going to drop significantly. I filled up at a station in Costa Mesa today that was nearly 30 cents more a few days ago.

Hats off to this guy. But the wheel base looks kind of bizarre. As in there is a LOT of vehicle hanging off from the rear wheels.  I’d be curious how stable the handling is at high speeds.

Yeah, this truck ticks all the right boxes.  And it’s a unicorn in this country.  I didn’t know these existed, now I’m in love with it.  It’s even got all the premium bits on the interior.

Not for my dog... but leather or fake leather/vinyl will scorch your ass in the summer. Exact reason I got the base GTI, comes with that tartan cloth.

CP just for this

I’ve seen both versions (standard and extended cab) of the 700 in person. I like the standard one better, but being able to lean back more in an extended cab would have it’s benefits.

Wow, you want a AMERICAN company to fail, Mr. “AmericaRocks212? If you don’t like this country, you can GIT OUT!

No one who speaks German can be an evil man!

That’s a vent, not a panel gap.

Wow - that hood gap can be seen from Space-X!

Which is German for “The Tesla, the!”

So what you’re saying is, it’s important to shut down coal power? Yeah, i agree.

Yes. Comments peppered throughout the story, like “god complex” and “...dumbass assembly line in a tent” is really positive sounding.

I’d prefer the 2 door version if it’s available like the Ram 700/Fiat Strada.

Courier.  It will likely be based on a small car platform and sold to Latin America like the last one.

Not me. I’m looking for a return of low-rider mini-trucks with spinning beds.

I applaud the absurdity.
