Based on reporting, it appears that there were multiple trees down on both sides of the train. Crews have been actively working to clear trees and other debris off the tracks since Sunday, it literally took them two days of work just to get the tracks cleared. It’s not like they were just sitting waiting on stuff.

To be fair, I can’t remember the last time a “greeter” actually greeted me when I went to a Walmart. They are always either not present, just sitting there ignoring everyone, or helping someone with an issue.

I would note, that this is actually fairly typical behavior at personal injury law firms. The attorneys generally work on commission, and the firms cut costs as much as possible. They are purely and simply money making machines, and as a result this sounds like a pretty typical experience for one of their employees.
