Completely agree, what I’d like to know is if there is any database of restaurants where servers get a real minimum wage + tips, or comparable. I’d rather support a restaurant that gives their servers a true minimum wage, than the ~$2 nonsense minimum wage most do.

Is there a list anywhere of restaurants that pay their workers a livable wage? I don’t care about “tip-free,” but I’d love to be able to support restaurants that actually pay their workers.
