This is good news for VW, they can expect to pay no more than 5% of the net profits on selling the cheating cars as fines. Just like the big banks do when they are caught laundering drug money or violating any number of regulations.

...the Challenger attempted to pass (on the right) a car traveling at reasonable speed, according to ABC 7. The car simultaneously moved to the right to get out of the Challenger’s way, but all this non-straight-line driving flustered the Challenger’s driver...

I would say the exact opposite, lower the belt line and increase the greenhouse. Too high of belt lines looks stupid on most cars and it looks stupid here, makes it look like a toy.

Here is the thing. If you drive like a dick on a motorcycle and you get hurt or killed, especially if you have a passenger, does it matter if you were more or less in the right than the other driver? If you want to argue that he was less of a dick than the other guy, ok. In the end, the motorcycle almost always loses.

I think “—Wacko—Now I6 and V6 powered” was just pointing out that passing in a no passing zone, and driving without a license is in fact, dumb.
