Looks to me like a case of asshole (swerving into them) on asshole (speeding recklessly, passing in a no passing zone, no safety clothing) crime.

No way no WAY! I gave Domino’s a chance two weeks ago, and literally could not finish our medium pizza. The crust was cardboard. The flavor was salt. It’s moderately edible, but Pizza Hut and Papa John’s are two steps above Dominos.
