i think the highlight here is the 6 foot bed. you cant get that on the ranger and one certain models of tacomas can get the “long” bed. I just dont see a use for a bed smaller than that size and it’s a real deal breaker for most “mid sized” trucks these days.

This is a nice looking vehicle but it’s time we drop the pretense that a pickup truck is anything but a fashion accessory for people who want to signal to the world that they’re Men Of The Woods.

If there is one thing I always ask for in a pick up it is for the bed to be taller so I can better injure my back loading the dam thing. Why do people want lifted pickups? They are a complete pain in the back, give me a low accessible truck bed.

We have tons of them in the fleet at work for that exact reason. They’re low-tech, simple, and have had all of the kinks completely worked out of them. They’re the best truck out from a “this shit just plain works” perspective. They’re easily the modern version of the old Ford Ranger.
