hypochlorous acid is perfectly fine to use on fruits and vegetables. And you can use it for wound care and disinfecting hard surfaces. They sell counter-top generators so it’s very cost effective.

If you are wearing an actual respirator with cartridges and can smell cinnamon buns, it’s not effective. I remember getting fit for one when I was in the Navy. Mine has the option to shut the valve.  Otherwise tape is like magic!

My SIL sent a few that she made. She sewed in a pipe cleaner to help form the masks around the nose. I would recommend folding the pipe cleaner in half so it’s a little more rigid and not running 4" across the top of the mask.

Maybe it’s the masks I have but I am the same. I don’t know how the health care professionals go all day and night with a mask. I had to wear one for about 3 hours the other day and I thought I was going to lose my mind. 

Until the pandemic, we used to have a tamale food-truck(trailer) that had the best tamales I have ever eaten.  I sure hope he’s able to rebound after this, I have missed his tamales quite a bit.  I need my Sunday tamale!

I don’t think they care if it’s homemade or not. I think as long as it has the proper amount of alcohol in it.  From the CDC website:
