I suspect Jade Helm conspiracies will be somewhere on the list, a modern time story to which people that were attached or had some some association to the military took in stride and business as usual but conspiracy enthusiasts were shocked and scared by the presence of military exercises.

I forgive Janney for forgetting about a movie she made. A lot of us of a certain age, took Prince’s song as gospel and “partied like it was 1999".

Great news that the big restaurant companies are giving back the money. It only took the public shaming and threat of boycotts to make it happen. If someone could have thought of this before sending out the funds could have avoided this.

The movie was a sign of the times, after the 80's (with all of its social and political upheaval) people yearned for a more gentler/sanitized version of life even if it was fluff and not close to reality.

Someone will buy it but not anyone that really knows what “backwood” camping is about. Things like the length, height and weight of the truck make it a prohibitive vehicle. A camper has 3 functions, get you into the places you want, provide shelter while you are there and get you out when its time to leave.

I believe there has been other films/documentaries done on the cheerleaders in the past and they were “sanitized” showing friendly competition between the virtuous, patriotic and beautiful women of Texas. Most likely, a modern look with includes some of the warts and the predatory actions of organization and women…

Trump will keep lying until the day he dies. Our best hope is what scientists, politicians and career government workers can mitigate the damage he does until he is out of office.

I look at it this way, he likes what he likes and it would seem he doesn’t hurt anyone. There is a lot of other people doing all kinds of stupid and hurtful stuff, let him have his coffee.

This kind of turn around makes me wonder if the pending lawsuits against Faux News are having an impact on their current “programming themes” but let’s remember this, there is always video of what they were prompting in the past.

She is batsh#t crazy and Cooper proved it and her political opponents now have lots of video for their commercials.

I know that this is probably considered not correct/right to do but all I think to say is “he paid for that haircut” and to me that explains everything.

All people/ideas/projects regardless how ridiculous look or sound great when both parties are drunk. It’s when you wake up the next morning and your head and probably other parts of your body hurt is the when true test of what the next steps/plan of action are really made.

Thanks, now I have 2 reasons to see this. I love watching Allison Janney as she “disappears” into her characters and now I will tune in for Jackman. 

I have to admit the guys that do this are pretty clever. The montages are very convincing. The play by play is good, they need a color guy. If they could do some more close ups, I could see becoming huge for kids to start making their own tracks and races.

Knowing now that A.S. doesn’t have fond memories of this movie, explains a few things to me. In other interviews, I had the impression that she felt or realized that she was on one level of celebrity and the others on the film were on a higher level and she had trouble reconciling that.

To me it’s simple, it’s not a protest if participants bring rifles or tiki torches.
