Yeah, I'm not sure why there isn't a post about the FAQ itself, but instead this article about PSN.

This is the info I was curious about. Thanks!
Amazon had some last week. Not sure if that's still around.
From what I understand from the FAQ, no. There is no external HDD option. Maybe you can move some files to a USB, or maybe USB is read only? I can't tell yet.
Even limited access to this service with a PSN subscription would be a bonus. Like 8 hours a week or some trial offer. These music services need to prove to me that they are better than the $35 a year Pandora, or Songza or any other free/cheap music service before I'm willing to pay $120 a year.
Is this actually the case? Historically, consoles have used different file systems than PCs. I don't know that a PC or Mac or Unix or whatever will recognize the files to be able to move them. I don't know if this is still the case with the PS4.
In theory, it should. Provided it's a SATA II SSD, it should be able to provide data faster than an HDD. Will you see any difference? I don't know if games will have loading, but if they do, you'll see an speed increase. The SSD should also be considerably quieter, not also accounting for the system fans.
You can't store video files locally, and you can't stream them from a server, at least at launch. The MP3 thing seems pretty firm as I think they want to limit music to their subscription service.
No, you're right. @Enzo_man made a valid argument that helped me see from a different perspective. And I shouldn't generalize. Most people can't afford two or more systems, so they have to defend the choices they make, and I totally get that. I try to buy systems for the games I want to play, and it would be great if…
I never said it was not like COD, and I'm not even sure how you got that out of my response. It's not even tangent to the point I made, much less flipping. Second, all I've done is look at the gameplay of Titanfall, since that's all the videos have shown. However, I did not comment on Titanfall. I responded to your…
Any game with guns, FPS perspective, and scoring is reminiscent of COD. You are building a strawman. And not a very good one at that. On top of that, the COD model has proved itself immeasurably successful. If you are confused why anyone would continue to follow that formula, Activision can give you 1 billion reasons…
As much as I am excited about this game, I was also super stoked about Brink. It was the most historic letdown I've ever experienced in gameplay. While I'm certain I will be getting Titanfall, I still have two worries: 1) that I will not be any good at it, or 2) that it will be another Brink. Only one of those I can…
This hits the nail on the head. I still ask myself why I read the comments anymore. They only manage to piss all over the opinions of others. Are gamers really that unhappy of a lot, or just the ones that post here?
Yeah, what's up with you people? When your opinions are different than Aryn it must mean they are wrong!
This is exactly the problem. Exclusives hurt everyone. However, the editors here, and from what you can glean from the comments, people would rather see the game fail because it's not on the system they preordered. Rather than rally for a common cause, it's easier to assault the console. Childish, short-sighted, and…
The story is part of the intro and outro of each level. If you watch the trailers they've released, the E3 preview and the latest Angel City trailer both offer snippets of that story at the start and the end of the mission. There's alos a trailer that talks about the main character being drawn back into this life he…
I'm certain you are right, especially with the facts that you have presented. I imagine all these people left their jobs at Infinity Ward to sign on for Respawn, all the while thinking "We really want this game to fail!"
I can see what you are getting at. In that case, I need a guide for a guy who doesn't want to look like he's trying to be 20 again, but doesn't want to look like he's 40 and given up on looking good.
Yes. GIFs. An image compression format. That will help us decide.
The last time one of this clothes-fit articles was posted, it applied only to a certain style - a younger, overly styled generation. I'm not saying that's bad of itself, but I don't wear skinny jeans or a keffiyeh. Some fit tips will be universal and classic. The link doesn't really have enough content to tell for…
