The upload software they suggest is Cyberduck, described as "FTP-like", so it's either SCP or SFTP. While cheaper, it's not going to be drop-and-sync like Dropbox. If you're comfortable with SCP, though, you're fine.

Sam's using Gmail. That line is where the sender's name and email address are, like "Jenny Smith jsmith1@isp.com to me" showing that Jenny sent me that email.
...B-bonus drinks?!? You just got yourself a heart.

That's not the "current" kindle keyboard w/ 3G is it? I can't keep track of which revision of what is what, but I thought the current version had both 3G + WiFi ?
I imagine that depends on the recipient. I wouldn't mind the ads (especially if they're useful) but would find the 3G option to have amazing potential. Then again, I'd probably put a bunch of free books on it, some games, and do a whole lot of trying to get it to do things it's not designed for.
I wonder how long it'll take to root, given how much customization Amazon did to the OS before release. I like them and all, but it wouldn't shock me if they worked quite hard to lock out homebrew, sideloading, &tc.
They already knew there are lakes at the bottom of the ocean, some hypersaline and freshwater, with the appropriate critters living in them. Why not at the bottom of an inland sea?
I've got Virgin Mobile. Sprint-owned prepaid MVNO and they've got a $35/mo plan that includes unlimited data, and you can pick up a fairly nice Android for about $150.
My understanding is that the cheap ones put out 50mW, but that's into the frequency doubling crystal, and the majority of the output is actually undoubled IR. This apparently actually makes them more dangerous, as the IR "spot" is much larger than the green spot and won't trigger the blink reflex, increasing the…
Just a wild guess, but wouldn't Brazilians be Googling for "Zumbi" instead? How many people in China visit Baidu and search for "喪屍" on there?
"Flipping through the media carousel was smooth as Thanksgiving gravy."
I keep wondering what prevents someone from downloading the latest non-Offers firmware and installing it on an Offers device.
Already decided I'd never visit the place. I'm sure the people are nice, but it's only a matter of time before they evolve deadly toxins and razor-sharp stingers just to fit in with the rest of the place.

I can see that as correct for her, but there are other X-Women that you should consider modifying like this: Storm and Rogue, for instance, may end up looking terrifying from the powers they play around with.
Not that they should have to, but maybe it'd be a good idea if pilots kept a cheap pair of wrap-around 532nm filter glasses in the cockpit for such an occasion?
Google shopping for "green laser pointer" nets me some 5mW for $3, 50mW for $13. That's to the point where any chump can go into a 7-11 and pick one up on the spur of the moment while grabbing beer and hot dog buns.
8" version with the latest Dr. Who and its spinoffs streaming for free: The Kindle Torchwood.
If you ever want to frustrate your ISP, call up support and ask if the "bulbs in the FDDI ring are burnt out". You'll either get a golf clap or growling.
