Wow, I'll have to start with some categorization and either nested lists or an actual outline. I wonder if I should alphabetize the points within each category also, or order them by perceived severity.

Another vote for WinSCP. It, of course, allows for plain FTP too, and it can be easily configured to look like a plain ol' Explorer window. Other than the fact that copying a file across a network usually takes a bit longer than copying around on the same drive, you can forget it's not part of Windows at times.

$1495 for the handset from BlueCosmo, $35/month including ten minutes. Additional minutes typically $1.85 each for voice, $1.16/minute for data. This is for upgrades, as typically you deal with regular customers over new ones.

Set up a couple of these and remind me to visit? :)

I forgot to toggle on "sarcasm mode" in the original post, my bad.

Indianapolis here. Someone sneezes, half the routes fall off the map. Hit with budget cuts every year. If they're there within a half hour of schedule, you're doing amazing. Some of the townships locally are even doing away with standard school busing, requiring several hundred dollars for the privilege or requiring

My thought with the post-9/11 nonsense is "Okay, you don't want any explosives or guns or knives on the plane, sure... and yet you specifically tell people to turn off electronics 'cos they could crash the planes, and you let people bring all that stuff with them?"

Probably a stupid question, but why exactly can't the Mac owner just get the PC version and use it?

And yet, Microsoft Car Security Essentials will do everything the other two products do, far faster and better, and yet nobody ever bothers to install it, even though it's free and they offer the disk as you walk out of the dealership.

There wasn't a name for it before then, but certainly the suicide rate was higher near midwinter.

How soon until the reporters are mourned for their upcoming murder-suicide?

You know, add some screens and the appropriate controls and it'd make a killer home BattleTech game station...

I was more thinking, "In geologic time, it's more like a henna job, since it looks orangey-brown and it'll be gone before any significant amount of time passes. Then, Earth will look back and recall how stupid she was when she was younger..."

Nah, they'd be busy buying up nukes to blow the thing up or send asteroids in with mass drivers. If they had that much pot, it'd increase supply and kill their pricing.

(rm pointless dupe, begs mods for indented commenting system)

"Did you hear the speech from the first guy to walk on the Sun?"

I've not used FTP in years, other than the odd program download whose host relies on it. For uploading to elsewhere, it's SCP all around.
