Ohhhh Please not ANOTHER Cash for Clunkers Idea!!! I saw plenty of very nice cars and trucks get liquid glassed (that’s what we had to do to lock up the motors) to death.  

At one time MC Hammer blew money around like he was made of it too.

Also add reliable.  The mileage he will put on in a few years anything he buys will be worthless.  

Replacing the steering damper has been the go-to repair since 1978.  Just do it every 80k.
