Ummm..yeah. Try this if I'm sitting in front of you and you've got a problem. I have a right to recline and if the seat doesn't go back, I'm calling the flight attendant to find out why it doesn't.

@blyan: It's reasonable to assume that most Android devices are in use still. It is not reasonable to assume that all the old ipods and iphone 2Gs are.

@blyan: Windows 7 is software. So is IOS, however, IOS only works on Apple hardware, therefore it is the same as hardware. Microsoft doesn't claim Vista installs to be included in Windows 7 installs, but Apple does because it includes every iphone, ipod, and ipad ever sold is still in use. Why do you feel it necessary…

What a hypocrite! I'm sure they count their iPhone sales in total, despite the fact that a huge number of iPhone sales are people upgrading a 3G or 3GS to a iPhone 4.

@silkworm: Use a bluetooth headset and it's no different than any other smartphone. I don't see a problem with it. Any device with 3G can be a phone.
