are you me? I feel so fake when I'm overtly friendly that I think everyone thinks I'm faking it when in fact I'm just trying to be more approachable. Being tall doesn't help at all. I could write a full essay on people thinking I'm cold or mean.

my dog just stood in front of me and barked for a long time. not aggressively. she is just loud. I was pretty meh about that but it's been close to a decade and we've had a lot of fun together. when I first met my parrot I knew I had to have her, I held her, and for some reason I let go a little and she fluttered

you'll have to if your type of vision problems can be corrected by laser surgery. people seem to like it, maybe dries their eyes out. the reason I won't get it is because I work with an opthamalogic surgeon who has reasons why he's against it (none of which I remember, d'oh). risk vs reward, ya know, you just gotta do

use unrefined - has a higher smoke point and some butter (what I do since I don't have regular olive oil)

thanks for posting. i really connect with a lot of what you've said in this thread, and it's made me feel better. wishing you the best

the embiggening function is a perfectly cromulent function

Crossfit seems so dangerous to me. I would never try it! Just take it easy, try not to over do it. Find something you enjoy and can keep up with, then do a bunch of squats too :)

Oh, please don't feel stupid! There are so many studies on exercise out there and it can make anyone's head spin. I'd be completely lost too except I have just lucked out that I've managed to surround myself with fitness-crazy people that guide me along.

He sounds kind of like an asshole to me.

I bet they'd look cute with a cuffed pair of boyfriend jeans!

When I'm feeling icky about the way I look I remind myself constantly that people aren't paying attention to me even half as much as I think - especially if they are preoccupied with vacation stuff! The other thing I do is stay very hydrated and drink water, it makes me just feel fresh and good.

be careful stretching before workouts - a lot of studies show that it doesn't necessarily reduce injury during a workout. Stretched muscles may be in fact weaker, and might make you wobbly, putting you at greater risk for getting hurt depending on the exercise. if you think stretching helps you though, try to stretch

I texted "romantic" lil wayne lyrics many years ago. I didnt find out by looking through my texts but rather everyone who read his phone and then made fun of me. yikeesssss

I'm sorry you're in such a tough situation. But a partner should take care of themselves for you, not require you to take care of them. It might sound awful but you can't stay in a relationship like this.

i also cannot do anything without my eyebrows filled in, I use anastasia's kit but I'll have to check this out

I use it on my eyelashes a little and it is amazing! they have a little curl to them which is crazy for my usually short straight lashes.

agreed!! this stuff is awesome

Yeah I hear you, it sucks because those bills add up quick. Honestly, what helped me was going on prilosec for awhile and getting high quality probiotics. I was really hesitant but I started drinking keifer because it's lactose free and another source of probiotics. I had to be convinced by someone to start up on

just to clarify, are you lactose intolerant or allergic to dairy? have you been on antibiotics recently? if you don't mind going into the changes in your diet due to your new program, what sort of things are you eating? Ahhh, I'm asking a lot. last questions do you take a probiotic? Can you rule out autoimmune

I reread my introduction/literature review chapter this week. i have no idea if it has any cohesion. plus the only advice i've gotten is "have a glass of wine" which might be good for others, but it just makes me sleepy. I thought to myself while driving today that "this week I am going to WRITE so much" and I think
