I read that they bought the WWZ license because, as a smaller studio, it was cheaper to do that, than market some brand new IP. They don't have the budget of a AAA studio. Don’t let that dissuade you from playing this game, it’s a ton of fun.

Question: having never played a Monster Hunter game, is the combat in any way relatable to Souls games? I’m very excited to pick this up, but I want to choose an exciting weapon to start with. Will Souls experience help with that?
My suggestion: Narrate the game to yourself in an Australian accent, Steve Irwin style! Crikey look at that bugger chasing me with the chainsaw!
