This is a stretch in two ways - Focus RS. It is by definition an American car but not produced in the US or for the US. I'd buy it there, put loads of miles on it, and take it over "used" back to the states after I've taken it on my little road trip. Too bad that's wishful thinking, I don't think the GOV would ever…

Anything absurdly lifted. If you're BIG, like on the hefty side, getting up to your cab is going to be a hell of a work out. This example is a lifted ford ranger, the smallest of the pickups.

Raise the Lotus Elise to a Lotus Exige. At least if I had an elise and I was taller I could theoretically stick my head out of the top (not safely anyways). The Exige traps you in with the hardshell.
