My experience with the first generation Moto X has been excellent. They simply nailed form and function. I cannot speak to the newer model, but my wife and I have both been very happy with the Moto X. Highly recommended.

Functionally not a whole lot other than it separates your SMS messages from your Hangouts Chat messages. Some people prefer having the two separated, others prefer their messaging more unified. YMMV. To me, it'a about choice.

Don't forget that iOS developers to develop for a very small number of platforms: iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini. And yes, there are OS version differences, but in the end, the overall number of platforms that a developer has to deal with in the iOS world is very small compared to Android. And that's both the blessing and

No. I believe you would use the Effect > Change Speed... option for that.

And my invite that didn't come from a Googler now has invites (sorry, already spoken for.) If you don't receive invite access in the next few days, I'd suggest contacting Google through Inbox Feedback. It may or may not help, but it's worth a shot.

I've used xposed on a rooted Droid Bionic, and the stock Calendar looked stunning. I just haven't wanted to root my Moto X. IMHO, this should be stock Android, not left to rooted extensions.

My point exactly. The resolution are usually completely comparable if not better than most tablets, and though the pixels may be smaller making it more difficult to read, there's no reason why the same images can't render, only smaller.

Your concern certainly is a good one. After moving in just over 3 months ago, in retrospect most lofty ideas of lavish integration have been mostly scrapped save a few: Fiber Internet service? Check. WiFi throughout? Check. Security cameras? Check. WiFi Thermostat? Check. Really, that's about it!

IMO, comparing cooked to raw isn't a fair comparison, since factoring in time savings and convenience makes any cost differences go way down. And as far as quality, in comparing the quality at several popular grocery stores in my area, Sam's Club comes out ahead. Of course, YMMV.

You are correct, and some of those solutions are great (I LOVE Pocket!) It's just that I'd really like to see it done well and seamlessly native to Chrome so that it doesn't require extra steps: Load a page, hit a button or swipe, and voila...Reader Mode.

Need Text Mode!

I absolutely love Chrome on my Android devices, but my biggest disappointment is its lack ofone major feature that third party alternatives offer: Reader mode. I love browsers or browser extensions that let you strip out everything unrelated to an article except the article text and associated pictures.

I have the Gmail Inbox tabs enabled. I took a message in Gmail's "Social" tab and Snoozed it in Inbox. It left Gmail's "Social" tab. When the Snooze expired, it went back into Gmail's "Social" tab. Clicking "Done" (Snoozed or otherwise) removes it from Gmail's "Social" tab permanently (as does "Archiving".)
