Yeah but then nobody would buy them (malibu, impala, regal...)

It’s actually Interstate 66, not Route 66.
My dad used to travel a lot through the 90's. That meant he got to use a lot of rental cars.
The roadmaster could have been fitted with an optional towing package rated at 5000 lbs
Same recall happened with my 2011 fiesta.
My driver’s ed instructor was... interesting. My class wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than we’d ever want to know about him over the course of the two week class.
GM 6, 8, 9, and 10 speed are all designed in house. The notable exception is the shared development with ford on the 9 and 10 speed transmissions.
Does the Subaru BRZ not compete with the Toyota 86 / Scion FR-S?
Ford does sell the ecoboost engines to competitors. The 1.6 L turbo ecoboost can be had in the current volvo S60, V60 and V40. The v40 is a compact hatchback sold in europe. The s60 is a FWD/AWD “compact executive” car. Sounds an awful lot like a sub-midsize sedan (like the fusion).
Plenty of companies source GM/Ford engines and transmissions.
1st and foremost, that little DN Compagno is awesome.
Determining if someone is high while driving is the best argument against sweeping legalization. If you could perform a roadside breath test to determine if someone had been driving high (same as alcohol) then I guarantee more states would have legalized it. That’s at least why MD hasn’t legalized it yet.
If I were designing these autonomo-taxis I would make all the interior pieces out of either thick plastic or thick vinyl - like a chair at a hospital. The floors would have drainage paths like a bus.
If I can’t tell the autonomous car to do 10 mph over the speed limit on my way to work, I really doubt I’d even consider buying one.
Neutral: My apartment is on the opposite side of my building from where I can park and my work doesn’t have very many electric car charging points.
Why did you compare the RF instead of the convertible?
The keys were all kept in the center consoles or cup holders.
I’ve said that it was a blessing in disguise for VW. Of the group of people that had cheating VW’s and got them recalled, I bet that some still bought VW’s as replacement vehicles. That recall created a market that wouldn’t have otherwise existed.
The car looks to be in good shape except for the keys. In the craigslist posting you can see they are much more rounded off than the valet. Not inherently a deal-breaker, just a surprise to see from a car that’s only 10 years old.
