DS sold more cars in Europe than Alfa Romeo last year and is on a upward trend while Alfa is not and it’s cars are all based on common platforms used by most of the PSA group while the Alfa models are using their own platform (and thus cost more). Read more
The 500 has just been replaced by an all new model on a new platform but it’s now only electric but won’t come to the US which now only has the 500X.
I don’t see them depreciate excessively : Old models are definitely not cheap (more expensive than 911s of the same era) ; the new models are very appreciated for their driving qualities and probably among the last fun lightweight ICE sportscar to exist, are a unique model on a unique platform and they have an aluminiu… Read more
Why bother with the V10 when the V12 TDI was a better engine or simply the newer V8 twin turbo TDI that just went out of production since it’s not sold in the Bentayga or SQ7 anymore.
