DC metro use- er, avoider here. I found the subway to be a refreshing change really.

1990 was L-98, but it was one of the first to come with Mobile 1!

What’s such a big deal about no ABS? It’s not that difficult to learn how to modulate them yourself...

He’s showing the metal shift knob that will get extremely cold or hot, which makes driving gloves useful.

A pit is a hole. A cock is a penis. A urethra is a penis hole. You’re cocking up your hole joke.

This is most excellent trolling.

I consider Supras and their trust fund boost bro owners both special, but in very different ways.

That’s very true. I was really surprised to see that a 2006 330i that seemed like a flame styled whale at its introduction here is significantly lighter than a new 228i. The downshifting and winding out of the engine is my favorite part about the lately deceased “base” BMWs. N52 owners sure do get a hard time on the

Also: lightest production six cylinder ever, lightest production BMW engine ever (at least was a couple of years ago), highest specific output (non-M) normally aspirated engine in terms of torque and power, and a blast to wind out. Very innovative as well. I wish I’d suggested this now but thought this was for current

The N20 is a torquey and efficient motor for sure. With that said...

-It doesn’t require premium and doesn’t have fuel system issues due to traditional multi port injection.
-That is more than enough power for almost any BMW buyer.
-Why are we talking about the small-bore economy version? The N52B25 made up to 218b bhp and 184lb/ft from a 2.5 liter NA motor, which is damn impressive and

Not even close for any multiport injection ones let alone a ZR-1! The weakest ones put out 205hp/290lbft in ‘84, 230/330 the next year for 5.6 0-60 and 150+ mph, 405/385 for the last year ZR1 and a hugely underrated 330/340 for the LT4s (standard for ‘96 6 speeds and aluminum block/heads). Last year L98 Callaway B2Ks

First we aren’t allowed to prefer old cars on here and now we aren’t supposed to buy them? And what about the fact that $2,000 can find you a solid commuter if you look hard enough but $10,000 won’t really buy you anything new? And if you only have money for a down payment, that’ll be a fun ownership experience...

I don’t doubt it, but the Z06 is primarily built for people who aren’t satisfied with the size of their- I mean performance of the Z51. If you can’t use the Z51’s full potential, then the Z06 is even more useless, expensive, and cartoonish while providing no tangible benefit. I know a couple of middle aged guys

If you can’t drive your car without it doing much of the thinking itself, you are driving the wrong car. Who buys a Z06 without being able to shift and steer?

I geniunely can’t tell if you serious.. Imo the current and next camaro are two of the ugliest cars I’ve ever seen. That looks 100x better.

Repost unintentional, sorry.

That’s true, although the 996 is fundamentally different from the 993 and broke a trend of cost being less and less of an object in the 911’s design in favor of production cost being reigned in significantly. That’s why we still have 911s, but it’s not something that makes collectors drool. Less attitude, less
