Awesome, props for putting a C4 back on the road! It's great to see these cars doing so many more miles than most owners could believe (their limit being ~1k miles/yr). I can't wait until my car is in really good condition and ready for mods, but there's far more than I'll be able to do.

Awesome! The '90 cars are interesting due to the old body and new interior. I've never seen one in person but I'd be excited to. If I am driving something with significantly low miles (which for a Corvette generally means something like 1k/year) it becomes a matter of worrying about how many I put on. The C4 is a

The N52 is a pretty incredible engine, perhaps the best non-M engine. Àlso the lightest production 6cyl of all time. The DI N53 gets a decent power bump, hence the specific output.

I never read the term "crooked cop" in a voice other than Serpico's.

Very displacement.

Not a single road here is plowed (4") and all schools are open. Makes no sense. Good week to have the useless-in-weather car in the shop at least!

Glad to see that people have the wit to match their self confidence... and appreciation for simplicity in design for that matter! I wish they'd added 100 unnecessary styling cues to make it like more modern cars.

I'd be miserable having a legendary sports car without being able to drive it! That's why I bought a C4 with 130k miles*

Almost as good as in 1994!

From a technological standpoint, the '82 is quite impressive with TBI and the 700-R4. And I think the late C3s are neat cars. But they are really more of classic grand tourers rather than cars you'd want to really drive fast. I'm not a "corvette person" per se, but I like that the early C4 mixes character with

True, but to be fair the Corvette was it's hardest edged in normal form in the year '84 (with the Z51) after years of being a boulevard cruiser. It became softer but faster each following year. While things were made a little more comfortable in '85 and '86, they were built to kick ass in showroom stock (against 3.2

The last-gen IS250, as well.

Car and Track is older, 1968.

First thing I did getting home from the movie was look up and see what car they below up for that scene on imcdb. But it goes without saying that it would defy all logic that they'd obliterate a DB5.
