I feel like I can be cynical about corporate brands social media trying to be all cute and fuzzy but also enjoy the times where they succeed in owning people a la Wendy's and the guy that didn't know about refrigeration.

Best also did the I Was There Too podcast and was pretty great. He had some great stories to tell and seems to be in a good place. It's definitely worth a listen if this article interests you:
