Ok, so, from a Filipino perspective, I think his dish was a sophisticated take on Nilaga which literally means 'boiled'. It's fatty beef or pork slowly boiled with some salt and whole peppercorns until the fat has rendered and it's tender. You then add in some veggies usually potatoes and cabbage. Looks like Sheldon

I actually think he's more adorable after finding out he's straight.

Sam for Katsuji

Shirley's Secret! *tongue pop*

Riggor Morris!

I mentioned this before but he comments on the social media of the other TC chefs I follow and he comes off like a dick. He's passive-aggressively bitchy and thinks he's being really funny.

I loved Dana Cowan on TC. She always seemed so smart and had great taste but still managed to be down to earth. This new editor, doesn't have that ability.

I've been thinking about this and maybe it isn't as bad. She gets to have the cachet of being a F&W editor/writer but not get stuck with having to deal with daily operations of actually running a magazine.

I'm late to the party but Shirley and Sheldon are my new Top Chef OTP. Could they have been anymore delightful?

I follow some of the chefs on Instagram and he seems as unpleasant on social media as he is on the show.

I kinda did the same thing for Mad Max Fury Road. I just heard about the movie and the cast. Once I saw the trailer, I was sold. Avoided any other news and reviews. I was absolutely blown away by the movie. Planning on doing the same with Moonlight.

I really liked the war vibe of the third act. Had shades of D-day and the Pacific theater.

Chirrut taking out a TIE fighter AND a laser turret at the same time was amazing.

It's going to kill in the Asian market I'm sure. Donnie Yen is a huge draw.

I really loved his character. I respect how unapologetically dark his character was allowed to be. It's a standard anti-hero story done very well.

At least they ALL died this time.

I don't know much about the EU except for Tartakovksy's Clone Wars but I loved all the callbacks.

It's a very adult Star Wars. When Cassian straight up kills his informant to shut him up, I sat up in my seat and realized shit was going down.

Cassian Andor

It really gives "A New Hope" a whole new vibe.
