I laughed more during this episode than I have in a lot of recent ones, and that makes it at least an A- for me. Cheryl’s “these aren’t my shoes” just killed me.

Eh, I associate it most with Oz’s (Seth Green’s) band in Buffy.

I enjoyed this one a lot. It was great to see “smoke bomb” both in Krieger’s version and in its stronger, practical execution. Sure the backstory is a stretch this late in the game (and the Katya erasure is real in the “true love” stuff), but the overall episode worked quite well. (Also, I’d say that the “dingo ate

HAve you watched their (Gearbox) and his twitter? They re-tweet the job openings every now and then.

Not a shock. The anime and manga are quite violent and that violence largely surrounds children - including straight up mutilation in some situations - and there’s also mild nudity that is also not at all played for titilation, like Riko being stripped down and suspended from the ceiling as punishment. This really should go without saying, but:

She’s stunningly bad, on so many levels, but it’s certainly possible that the worst thing about Durven Dawes’ lawyers was their client.

How the fuck do you lose custody to this nasty ass bitch? Like how shitacular was your lawyer?

By the time you’ve actually been arrested you’re already “guilty,” even if you somehow get acquitted (which you won't). From what I've read your life is just kinda over once you get arrested.

Some of the Adult Party Cartoons were unpleasant or disturbing, but I just dismissed it as John K and Spike wanting to be as edgy as possible. But watching some of those live DVD intros many years ago made me genuinely uncomfortable. Not enough that I immediately suspected criminal behavior, but enough that when the

One of my closest friend’s sisters has tested positive for covid-19. That would be worrying in any case, but they share a house, which they’ve now essentially split to try and self-quarantine from each other. My friend asked about testing for herself (her sister got it pre-surgery), but her doctor insists that it’s

Who knew the key to reaching across the aisle was Hearthstone?

LMAO You know you fucked up when Congress actually does something about it.

THIS.  The gamer community has no concept of conviction, on the larger end.

Right, but it’s the after-the-fact nature of the action (when reaction against Blitzchung was so swift) that makes it smell of fresh diarrhea.

Most of the indie scene isn’t trying to pass off their indie idea as a full blown company like this guy, If you run a company and you can’t be bothered to register your company you literally have nothing. It is mentioned in the article that the very fact that he couldn’t even be bothered to register his “company”

Then a great many startups are running afoul of the law... As a business with employees MUST be a legal entity at the bare minimum in order to be legal. The process in many places is quite simple and any “employer” who couldn’t be bothered to do it within a few weeks let alone 2 months should not be trusted.
