I'm OK with berating anyone who suggests that we'd take a check from a game company to write something. As for the point of this article, well, look up top where it says "Filed to:" for a hint.

They sold me on the game when Game Informer did their cover story. The way the devs explained their procedurally generated systems, and the engine they used to create the varieties of in game assets, made me a believer.

My biggest concern is lack of stuff to do, or AI that is really engaging.

But these seem to be issues

Shit man, this guy again!
You win the award for having the highest standards of video game customer satisfaction in the history of kotaku

you dream about CG-like graphics and I'm here playing the order 1886...

How do you suggest they do that? I don't see any way to make tech like this LOOK nice. I don't care about the look of device if it looks nice when I'm using it.

I don't get all the ridiculous Origin hate on these boards. It's like a running joke on Kotaku that I don't understand. I've had Origin since the beginning and it's never caused me any issues. I play Battlefield and enjoy other EA Games as well - as do many, so why the hate?

And Nintendo Power was all like, "Whatevah! Whatevah! I do what I want!"

I will not print this and color it. I am an adult. I will not...

I hope Miyamoto sees this, and poops himself.

I agree with this. I mean, that's what a lot of the community wanted in the first place. For their game to be taken more seriously by the developers and by the FGC at large. And it's a pretty good game, Always seeing it on a big screen at events or on large tournament streams with thousands of people watching as two

If it didn't terrify me so much that people are so delusional, one of the funniest things I've seen today might be people calling Brianna Wu a terrorist because she publicly stated that people have threatened to shoot / blow up PAX if she attends and Twitter refused to take action. I just don't understand how one can

"And the voice actress for Pikachu is legendary for voicing Pikachu now."

Well then, I can pirate the games with good conscience. The worst that happens is that I screw over some idiotic corporation. They don't want my money anyway. And the devs won't see a dime from this game, so no harms done.

Former Christian, now atheist. You can teach your kids to be moral without attributing it to Jesus. 70% of the world isn't Christian, yet 70% of the world isn't immoral. 30% is Christian, and not 100% of the 30 is moral. Treat others as you'd like to be treated. Jesus was good at marketing it, but it existed long

People will stop ridiculing religion when it stops being ridiculous. So..unfortunately for you, sorry, not anytime soon.

Sorry, but no sane, reasonably intelligent person could even be capable of believing the nonsense that is organized religion - it's not a choice I've been given - I couldn't believe it if I wanted to. They're interesting stories with some good things to say about how you should live your life but it defies reason to

I can't prove that a multi-coloured unicorn doesn't live on the side of Pluto that we can't see.

I however live my life as if there isn't one there.

This article perfectly encapsulates why I cannot ever get into the MOBA genre. Too much stress, too much frustration, too much nonsense for a game where the only reward for playing it is...playing it more.

This honestly sounds awful. I'm really into RPGs (for lack of a more perfect description), and I don't mind MMOs and the like, so normally I'd be interested in a game where everyone is unique and teams have to work together, but this sounds like a completely toxic environment. I have never understood people who treat

So while many League players might come across as curt, rude, even hostile given the way they succinctly order each other around, they usually have a good reason for doing so. Even taking the time to type out a message to teammates—let alone a message longer than "come to bot" or a non-verbal ping—pulls you away from
