“feminism is dead” as a thing is completely news to me, but maybe I’m not as Extremely Online as I used to be.

Whether the topic is feminism, nerd stuff, sports, whatever. Bloggers in general just seem to be terrible people. And honestly, it’s the widespread adoption of the Gawker tone that led to this and what has come to be the Gen-X/Millennial writing style:

Nah. Prime Day has always been awful. I have no reason to believe that that’ll change this year. But if it does, color me surprised.

So im supposed to believe that one of the biggest touring acts in the world only has ONE stage outfit.

This guy sounds like a douche-nozzle, but I’m okay with this bill. Loot boxes are predatory, and regardless of how I feel about general microtransactions, we’d be better off with loot boxes (at least ones that require real money) being axed.

This is wonderful. I’m really glad they’ve decided to take a clear and unambiguous stand. I’m entirely sure there will be a good amount of anger about this, but that feels a lot like the trash deciding to take itself out.

It’s a pretty ingenious move. The people who are most pissed off and inclined to misbehave can’t do anything about it all day, after which their impotent rage at “SJWs” will have subsided like a goldfish taking another lap around its bowl.

I totally get why people do not trust CPD (as a former Chicagoan I don’t trust the CPD) but the thing is this was a very high profile incident from the jump (as compared to others, which became famous later). This was a big deal for Chicago on the national scene and CPD knew they would be under the national spotlight…

I never said they were disrespectful “toward each other”, they are disrespectful in regards to other people in the world and if you have no idea what I’m talking about then you don’t follow football closely or at all.

Honestly don’t care about Football any more. It’s nothing but drama and people being rich and disrespectful to others. Hockey is where it’s at for me now. There is pretty much no showboating in hockey. The guys don’t stand by the goal after scoring, flexing and grunting but rather get a good job from their teammates…
