Exactly, and I know the frost heaved, pot hole filled roads of SW Ohio would beat me to death. Don’t get me wrong, my Saab has stiff suspension and 17in low profile tires, it can be harsh. But it rides better than the ST I test drove and I have to believe that the RS is much tighter.

Star for the sarcasm!

I’m not at all surprised. If someone bought a fully assembled VW TDI and VW is buying it back, VW deserves to get nothing less than a fully assembled car in return.

I’ve owned and road-tripped in some questionable vehicles as well, so I can relate. I also had a Citation and it’s evil brother, the Pontiac Phoenix. I even owned a Peugeot while I lived in Denmark. I drove that thing all over Denmark, to Belgium once, Hamburg 3 or 4 times and Amsterdam twice

My nephew has a 2015 Focus SE. Last month I did a 220 mile round trip in it. It wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I’d want to do any more than 300-400 miles at a stretch in it.

As much as I like the RS, and the ST, they just don’t work for me. Don’t get me wrong, I love them, they’re great cars. But with two growing kids, another kid stationed 1200 miles away, I need the space and comfort of the SHO.

Yeah, the lack of a manual bothers me too, but I’ve come to terms with the fact that manuals are going to become more and more rare.

I have never seen more nasty, angry, bitter, horrible people as I have in this comment section. If you’re defending this guy, you should be ashamed.

Meh. Opinions vary.

I will not be surprised if the Delaware Supreme Court simply refuses to hear the case based on the decisions of the lower courts. And because, as the lower courts have noted, Mr Williams isn’t breaking any laws or zoning regulations.

I know and as much as I want to hang out with that robot, the responsible adult in me tells me to hang out with the more the mature, drinking a 15 year old single malt quietly at the bar robot, the Taurus SHO.

I get it, people are pissed off. Hell, I don’t even own a VW TDI and it pisses me off!

After reading the comments posted so far, and because in less than 4 hours I’m off for the next 5 days, I will do the same!

You guys are in Cincinnati?

This, so much. If I’m going some place new I use every means available to map out my route before I leave the house. I buy a truckers edition of the Rand McNally US Road Atlas every year and it stays in my car. One of my favorite things about Google maps is Street View.

Listen to the audio from the 3rd video while watching this. It syncs up pretty well!

At least he killed any mosquitoes within a 5 mile radius.

In my high school if you had your license and car, you could drive and park in the student lot, behind the school. Being a rural school in SE Indiana it was filled mostly with pick ups.

Having a garage is great!
