In the Loop is one of my faves and Veep so far is glorious. Tried to watch an ep of The Thick of It from BBC America but "fuck" is beeped out — that's no good. I'll have to wait for the dvd.

yeah she is. The first time I ever saw her was in a Cox Communications commercial yeears ago. Luckily she turned up on Best Week Ever not too long after. Happy to see both these women here. Also, I personally think Kaitlin Olson is a poor man's Kaitlin Olson, but in a good way. (99% and so forth.)

what are regionals?!?

reviewing the acting performances of Sarah Chalke —
Roseanne: F (she was just a kid, and was in a no-win situation as 2nd Becky, but still)
Scrubs, Cougar Town, How I Met Your Mother: A+
Mad Love, other things: meh

but as for "barking on command" — the dog barked way more than they wanted and jason had to ad-lib when it kept going, yes?

I was disappointed by how bad the Lil Wayne voice was, but the recurring bits had less to do with that than the absurdity and won me over. He absolutely nailed Obama though. Good show fellas, keep it up.

wha? who? not want… who doesn't want to bowl?!? it's bowling!! what's not to like?

half the team went bowling, but the other half had to stay behind to do fund-raising calls? they couldn't make calls at another time so that they could join the bowling party too? what kind of shit is that?

nah, I think I'll stay. hunch hunch, what what?!

this is not to complain about the fact that advertising exists on this site, or about Royal Pains itself (seen it a few times, fairly enjoyable) — but I find that picture in the Royal Pains ad sidebarring currently quite unbearable. When did Judge Reinhold start starring in this show? The sunglasses are too much (or

Yes I'd agree that with that. The Super Bowl ad then just kind of pushed it over the top.

it's a good point, I don't like spoilers in shows I know I'm watching every week. This is an issue every ABC Wednesday and NBC Thursday, I have to immediately lunge for a mute/ff button when the promos start so they don't ruin anything for me.

Yes, thank you, I knew it was in one of those handful of shows last spring that I moderately enjoyed but didn't get real bothered when they all got canceled. She was also in a strong HIMYM episode, "The Playbook," as an outsider magically plopped in the booth with our gang that took a while to be explained. Not much

the story where Ross buys Phoebe a bike and tries to teach her to ride was gold.

thanks for the Hot Water Music love. Without reading the other 860 comments already posting I'm just going to assume no one else mentioned it, but I'm also stoked. (Representin' Gainesville)

the segment where they found a guy on the street to do a magic trick was especially amazing. he pulled money out of a whole piece of fucking fruit!

so true. if only he didn't feel like he still needed to rip up the card to make this point at the start of every guest segment (waste of paper).

it's been mentioned before — I believe it was Charles Barkley that most notably called him out on that 'stache shortly after the commercial aired — but still I really liked the way they constructed that joke in this episode.

his regular hair looks like Kings of Leon. he should have been getting insulted plenty for that mop as it was.

I'm slightly surprised there was no mention of the NFL game tonight, since you did mention the NCAA game. Not that I'll be watching much of it (there's already NBC 8-9:30, B&B, League, TBBT, and a meaningless game for my college bball team) but it features the QB everyone loves to hate/hates to love/worships like a
